Fall 2016 ARCHE Co-op Registration

Co Op Registration is Now Open! REGISTER HERE

Dates: Thursdays September 8, 15, 22, 29, & October 6

Time: 9:45am -12:30pm

Location: Southside Pentacostal Assembly (41 Birchwood Rd)

Cost: $30 per family + supplies per child per class TBA (supplies will be paid on the first day of co op to Lena Shuck who will distribute to the teachers)

(Teachers only pay $10 per family + supplies)

Registration Deadline Monday August 29th. May need to end early if we get too full.

Names and ages of the children (not birthdates, months and years)

As this is a co-op please select whether you would like to do nursery, help or teach and for what age group. I will also need two families to volunteer for final cleanup each week to ensure we leave the facility in good condition.

Schedule

9:45-10:00- Assembly

10:00- 11:00 Class 1

11:00-11:20 Snack

11:20- 12:20 Class 2

12:20-12:30 Cooperative Clean up

12:30-1:30 Optional Pack your own and stay for lunch

I am looking forward to a great session of Co op classes with everyone!

I am not going to specify what classes are offered for which age groups since the age groups always need to be changed around depending on the dynamic of children that are registered.

Below on the schedule you will be able to see what the classes will be in general. My estimation is that the classes in blue will be for 4 & 5 year olds and the classes in yellow will be for 13 and up but the the colours in between just really depend on how many of each age sign up. My goal is to keep the class sizes fairly consistent and a manageable size.

I am sorry to not be able to give more definitive class information but this way children are not counting on a certain class and then are disappointed if it needs to be changed. Please contact me if you have any questions about this or anything else. After registration is complete, I will send out any other details about the co-op and will be able to provide a more detailed description of each class being offered.
