Reminder about Mission Ridge Ski Trip:

Just a reminder to please register with me before Sunday night if you would like to go skiing on Tuesday March 13.

I forgot to mention in the first email that they would like to receive one payment from us so I am gathering up payment ahead of time so I can give them a cheque Tuesday morning.

If you are comfortable an e-transfer would be easiest. My email is sjsutor password missionridge

If you are more comfortable with cash please bring it for me on Tuesday morning.

Any more questions please let me know,

Hello Arche families,

We are organizing a trip to Mission Ridge Winter Park for a day of skiing and snowboarding. We are planning to go on March 13 for the day. We are booked for a 9 am start for outfitting and lessons. They are expecting two more groups after us so we need to be ready to go right at 9. We are going to be setting up in the main building at 8:30 so when you arrive please come let us know you are there. We need to have everyone in attendance before the staff will start our outfitting and lessons.

If you would like to join us please reply back with the information listed below. We are also looking into carpooling so please let us know if you have room for extra people or if you need a ride. It is very important if a parent is not going to be there each child needs to bring a signed permission slip, if they don’t have it, they don’t ski at all that day.

We have attached a packet of information that should cover most questions you might have. Included is the permission slip if you need to send one with your child The more information we can get together ahead of time the smoother things will run when we get out there. In regards to lessons, there are instructors trained to work with children with special needs. You are welcome to call Mission Ridge to talk with them for further details. Please mention it on your information if you would like to book with the instructor. We will need all information in 3 days before our trip – March 10 .

Of course if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email or call at

Thank you,

Julie Sutor and Jenn Dean
