Rock Climbing

Rock climbing:

I have been in touch with Jordan from the Regina Climbing Centre located at 606 B Solomon Crescent, Regina, SK, and have set up climbing sessions with them for Wednesday’s, September 26th, October 31st, and November 28th. These climbing sessions will all be 10 am-Noon. The cost will be $20 per climber per session date, this includes our gear. There is room for 30 climbers for each date, this will include parents. On our registration page, all 3 dates, and the option of registering for 1 date or reserving space in all 3 are available for you to choose from by paying online with Paypal to reserve your times.
Everyone new will have to go through an orientation their first time in the gym.
The normal orientation takes about 10-15 minutes. They can do this in groups of about 10 so a group of 30 people will take about 45 minutes.

Nobody is admitted to the climbing area without the orientation so the first time in you may want to allow for a little extra waiting time.
This is for around ages 6 and up to participate. You will likely want to climb with your child/children, as this is a free climbing time, not a structured class time. After the orientation, the remaining time will be available for participants to climb on their own and have fun!
There is a room at the facility where we can eat lunch/snacks.

Regarding the climbing centre sessions, parents are required to supervise their children while they are climbing. Supervision from the centre is not part of the sessions.

The website is:

Please go to the website where everyone climbing will have to submit a digital online waiver form before participating in our first class.
If this goes over well and people are interested, we can schedule more sessions in the new year and look at the group classes offered that are aimed at having the students becoming belay certified.
